MISSION
The USF-Captiva mission is to provide a high-quality and affordable education to university students, working adult students, and Executive Education students. Our education helps students achieve their dreams, ambitions, and global career success.
CURRICULUM PHILOSOPHY
Our fully accredited MBA curriculum is designed to incorporate the academic work of “thought leaders” from top universities (learn more on our “Faculty” page). Our faculty takes an entrepreneurial approach to create innovative education programs that equip graduates with business skills to boost their chances of career success.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
We owe a debt of gratitude to Derek Bok (former President of Harvard University from 1971 to 1991) for his groundbreaking contributions to the field of higher education. His visionary work paved the way for the development of the transformative MBA and Minds of the Future programs. President Bok’s insightful thinking on innovation and improvement in higher education continues to inspire and guide us. His seminal concept of "Quality of Mind" lies at the heart of our program's philosophy.
